Biography

Brad began his professional career in 1994 as a leasing agent for an investment property management firm in Norman Oklahoma. Soon after he obtained his GRI designation and then obtained his brokers license. He has continued his professional development by obtaining the prestigious Certified Property Manager® (CPM) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations.

He is a Senior Advisor and the Branch Managing Broker of the Norman office specializing in Commercial Real Estate Investments providing management, consulting, brokerage & leasing services in Norman and across the Oklahoma City metropolitan service area. He has also provided consulting services for clients including the University of Oklahoma and investment property owners from across the country.

In 2004 he founded Silver Cricket Investments® as a real property investment firm and remains the managing partner.

A long time Norman resident Brad has been active in the city government including appointments by the Mayor to the City of Norman's to Nuisance House Ad Hoc Committee and a graduate of Norman's Citizen Academy. He is also active in several local non profits organizations including the Community Services Building where he served two terms as President.

Brad is a Member and Past President of the Norman Board of REALTORS®, a Member of OAR's Political, Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Committee, graduate of the inaugural Leadership OAR class, the commercial real estate instructor for the REALTOR® Institute and Co-Chair of the Next Generational Leadership Team of Norman Next.
